Will I be locked into a contract?
NO, at ENZED Fitness we don’t believe in tying anyone into long term lock in contracts. All we ask is for 2 full direct debit cycle (2 Weeks) before you leave. We want you to use the gym as much as possible in this time.

CAN I JUST TURN UP TO A SESSION OR DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
It is essential you make a booking in order to attend a session. Due to the regulations in place, for your safety, we have restrictions per session. We don’t want anyone to miss out on a spot in a session, so please make a booking before coming.
HOW ARE THE ENZED STAFF PREPARED AND TRAINED IN COVID 19 SAFETY?
All staff at ENZED Fitness have completed their COVID safe training and have their government issued training certification.
DOES SOCIAL DISTANCING APPLY IN THE CLUBS?
Yes, 100%. It is important that everyone demonstrates social distancing of 1.5m. We ask there is no crowding in common areas e.g: at bag racks, lounge area etc.
IS THERE EXTRA CLEANING TAKING PLACE?
Yes, the club bi weekly cleans as well as cleaning before and after every single session.
CAN I STILL BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE CLUB?
We are a family friendly gym and understand that kids may need to come with you to class. Due to safety reasons we don’t allow kids on the gym floor but in the mid morning classes we allow kids to sit in the designated lounge area away from the gym floor. It is the parents responsibility to make sure they stay in that area, babies/toddlers must stay in that area but in prams for safety reasons.
WHAT DO I DO DIFFERENTLY NOW, WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE CLUB FOR MY
SESSION?
You must sign in and can wait in the carpet waiting area or out front. We will open the roller doors to allow members of the current class out to avoid crowding.
The trainer will check you have a towel and provide you with hand sanitizer. You’ll then be able to go into the gym and get ready for your session as normal.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M BOOKED FOR A SESSION BUT CAN’T MAKE IT?
If you can’t make it to a session, please cancel your booking via the app asap. This will allow other members to take your spot in the class. You will be able to cancel your session up to 2 hours prior to your session without any penalty. It’s important we respect bookings and if any members are found to be continuously misusing the booking system, restrictions to your booking abilities will apply.
IS THERE A WAITLIST FOR SESSIONS?
Yes, If there is a particular class that is full, you can join the waitlist. If someone cancels their booking, the next person in line on the waiting list will be notified by email and can join the session.
Note: You will not be added to the waitlist if the session begins within the next 2 hours.
WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO TRAIN WITH MY GROUP OF FRIENDS?
Yes. Social distancing rules mean that our session sizes may be reduced for now. Our top priority is to keep everyone safe. You and your friends can still all book and attend a session.
IN THE EVENT OF A LOCKDOWN,
HOW WILL I FIND OUT WHEN YOU ARE REOPENING?
Once we are notified by each state government, we will be able to let everyone know via the ENZED app and social media.
WILL THIS AFFECT THE DURATION OF MY CONTRACT?
All contract terms remain in place prior to shutdown. Contracts will be paused and no charges will occur. Cancellations incur the 30 day notice period. For further enquiries, please contact the club directly.
WILL MY MEMBERSHIP START AGAIN AS SOON AS YOU REOPEN?
From the date of reopening. All debits that were suspended due to COVID19 will resume after we have reopened. If you are having any financial difficulties and can not resume your membership, please contact the club and they will be able to assist you.
HOW WILL ENZED BE ENSURING SAFETY & HYGIENE IS MAINTAINED ONCE THE CLUBS ARE REOPENED?
ENZED will be implementing all National and state regulations as well as implementing extra measures necessary to ensure the safety of all clients and coaches.
Do I have to pay a joining fee if I re join ENZED Fitness after I cancel?
No all ex members pay no joining fee if they want to re join down the track.
How do I Pay for my Membership?
We have a direct debit system set up to take your training fees out fortnightly and the joining fee is easily paid by eftpos when you join.
Do I need to book ahead for classes?
Yes, all classes must be booked in advance due to regulation class numbers and classes can be booked up to 6 days in advance.
How do I book for classes?
Simply book your classes through the link in our web site or in the ENZED Fitness app.
What do I need to bring to a class?
We ask that all members bring their own towel, drink bottle and correct training gear to every class. This includes closed in shoes as bare feet are not permitted for safety reasons.
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply call our friendly staff and they will guide you through the process. There will only be 2 more direct debit payment from your account after you put in your cancellation but your welcome to use the gym as often as you like in this final 2 week period.
What if I have specific injuries?
Please let our team know in your initial consultation about any specific injuries. It’s also advised to let your instructors know so they can tailor the sessions to assist you. We like to make sure we are modifying exercises to cater to any members needs around injuries.

Im only very new to the gym, will this training be too much for me?
Like any exercise that you are new too it can take a little while to get use too. Our specialist team are there to guide you through the process and ease you into the program in a safe and supportive way. Many exercises can be paired back to allow for beginners and and also to lessen the risk of injury. Trust that our team will have your best interests at heart.
How old do you have to be to join ENZED Fitness?
15 is the youngest age that can join ENZED Fitness due to the amount of weight training that is involved in the program.
Will I be painfully sore after every training session?
DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is a natural part of any fitness journey in order to grow. You should feel some soreness but not at an extremely painful level. Usually the body will get use to training to a certain level so you only feel some minor tenderness within in the next couple of days post training.
