Harnessing the power of the largest fat burning zones in the body, this workout provides an opportunity each week to target, sculpt, legs, arms, back, chest and abs. With added high intensity functional exercises designed to elevate your heart rate and burn maximum calories.

WEDNESDAY
Back, Bi, Legs (Quads), Core
This workout incorporates resistance training by using free weights targeting specific muscles, and functional exercise equipment to really give the upper body the hump day kick that it needs.
