Different classes on different days are designed to achieve optimal results. If you would like to lose weight / gain muscle or both. We have a strategy to help you get there in a fun and functional way. Our ENZED Fitness team are here to help guide you through the process.
Our Broadmeadow site has the benefit of open air training but is still fully undercover to avoid the elements. Using a large array of weights, kettlebells, slam balls and TRX suspension trainers to ensure you get the most out of every session.

MONDAY
Chest, Back, Shoulders, Core
This workout incorporates resistance training by using free weights by targeting specific muscles, and functional exercise equipment to really kick start your week the right way.

TUESDAY
Full Body, Core BLAST
Harnessing the power of the largest fat burning zones in the body, this workout provides an opportunity to target legs, arms, back, chest and abs. With added high intensity functional exercises designed to elevate your heart rate and burn maximum calories.

WEDNESDAY
Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Core
This workout incorporates resistance training by using free weights targeting specific muscles, and functional exercise equipment to really give the lower body the push it needs to get through to the end of the week.

THURSDAY
Full Body, Core
Harnessing the power of the largest fat burning zones in the body, this workout provides an opportunity each week to target, sculpt, legs, arms, back, chest and abs.

FRIDAY
Full Body, Core BLAST
