Stretch and Mobility

Stretch and Mobility is extremely important part of any fitness journey. These videos are targeting the muscles and connective tissue used after our weights training days. They can also be used if you feeling particularly tight in these targeted areas. We recommend doing these once or twice daily.

It is important not to push yourself too deep within these stretches. Work within yourself and gradually build up. Nathan will often start the pose in the beginner’s position and then to an advanced level. If you feel any pain or discomfort during the pose step back to the beginners level or come out of the pose completely.

In order to cultivate change and long term benefits of these videos, we need to maintain weekly consistency. You should feel better and have more range of movement.
